INTERIOR CUTTING DIES
Cut Exterior Die back | next

USE A 2-0 SAW BLADE AND SET THE BENCH PIN AT 12.0 DEGREES.

Saw out the exterior cutting die. If right handed, saw from hole 'A' to hole 'B'. If left handed, saw from hole 'B' to hole 'A' . Once again, once a direction is established, you must continue in that direction to the very end. Trying to come back from the other direction will ruin the die.

WHEW! WE'RE DONE WITH ALL OF THE SAWING!
Now, it is just a matter of assembling all of the parts and adjusting them for function.
