INTERIOR CUTTING DIES

Unbolt the plates, and using the #3 combination drill & countersink, drill the tapered seat into the BARE STEEL SIDE of the cold rolled steel, using the #43 drilled holes as a guide. Be sure that you do not go too deep with this. There should be about 1/64" (.4mm) of straight diameter left before starting the tapered portion.
