| Clean all of the oils from the TOOL STEEL
BLANK and using the layout fluids, paint one side RED
and the other BLUE. You will use the scribe to draw the
design onto the plate. The layout fluid provides a clean
sharp line after being scratched with the scribe. Apply
RED to one side of the cold rolled steel piece. |
