Spring Promise
This small enameled 3" diameter "offering bowl" was created using a very simple wire die and a 20 ton press and thin urethane pads. Further forming was accomplished with hammers, repoussé and chasing tools, and wood forming blocks (no pitch). The enamel was fused to the copper in a kiln and etched with etching liquid to slightly matte the surface (more stone like, less reflective).
