Silver bowl created using the Volume & Form Hydraulic Press.

A 12" disc of 16 gauge copper was raised off center in the press. Further work was done with plastic mallets, steel stakes, and planishing hammers to refine the form. A "foot" of heavy round wire was attached by brazing. The 5.5" tall, 9" wide bowl is patinaed and lacquered.
