I am an art teacher in Shadyside, Ohio who teaches jewelry/metals as part of my program. I placed an order, through Rio Grande, for a 3" deep draw kit, last November. I am still waiting for the order to be filled. I have been given 4 different ship dates and none of them have been met. Can anybody give me an idea of what to do or who to contact to get my order filled. I can't believe that it will be seven months before the next due date arrives (June 30th). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
