Ok, that ticked me off.....  it's 'Sheltech ', ok? (^:#

The other thing, about not being good enough, that I can live with.
I can be extremely close, even 'perfect' for almost all normal applications , and to almost all appearances ('member , I do 'em manually, without machine guidance) , but you need machine precision
for such tesselated (been a while since I heard that one ... (M.C.Escher))  pieces to fit. I tried it once with a puzzle piece and it wasn't quite close enough.

I suspect that 20 tons would do it ,but maybe not!.

5/32" steel is the thinnest availible adequate thickness for that.
I haven't tried that on 1/8" , so if ( what 'if'??...."WHEN"!!)you
have it cut on a wire edm, you might as well go ahead and use 3/16"
steel, and make a really long hinge, maybe 8" . He he he...... that
will be a hefty die. Might look into just having the al. parts themselves edm'ed. Have fun on that one.
