Whooo Boy! This is one nice book! Trish has done an excellent job of putting together a wealth of information that takes a totally different approach than Jack Berry's book on the same subject.

Each of the books is needed in your library (in my humble opinion). Jack's is more technical, and Trish's is more lyrical. They compliment each other very nicely.

The book provides an excellent description and photos of all the various corrugation formers that are known to exist, along with a very good historical section.

The images throughout the book are very high quality, and "our" Cynthia Eid has several pieces of her work in the book.

When Susan Kingsley's book "Hydraulic Die Forming..." was reviewed, one of the reviewers made the comment that "everything coming from the hydraulic press tends to look alike." We did see a lot of puffed hearts for quite a while until the metalsmithing community found it's voice. For what appears to be a very repetitive process, the incredible variety of what I have seen since corrugation has come to the fore is simply amazing.  This technique will not fizzle out.

Many thanks to Trish for all of the energy and dedication that she has put into the creation of the book.

For those that want to purchase, I am pleased to announce that I am carrying the book. The price is $29.95 plus $4.00 shipping by Priority Mail in the U.S. (plus CA tax if applicable). Usual shipping out of country is $9.00 by Global Priority Mail.

In another earlier post, Jesse Brennan was curious about the Italian corrugating mill. On page 7 & 8 are several pictures of two different versions (small & large). This book really generates a creative spark!
