I was just reminded by Cleo that we could take a look at some old campaign buttons for a mass production version, although these were done in a high speed press with dedicated tooling that did it by the millions.
So I need to make a small bench unit that can "wire" metal that can go down to 1mm? Ah well, there goes any spare time that I was trying to get :-(
As you can see, this is just another example of how I have tried to "grow" the product line of Bonny Doon Eng. Almost all of the items that I make are simply scaled down versions of industrial machinery that are adapted to fit the needs of the jewelry community.
