This will be a bit smaller than a laptop and about the same weight.
I've decided to definitely make the solid female mold for it. There are problematic areas like I described that need the support. I'm thinking of using bronze for the male component. It's (the cutting die) in Phoenix being heat treated now. When I get it back I'll start taking pictures and posting them.
