Funny you should ask! I just used some to fix my teenager's CD player. It's a two part epoxy putty. Very easy to use. It's in the hardware store. There are a number of inexpensive two part epoxy things there, including some stuff called PC 11 and other genericly named things that just are called epoxy putty---different colors, different applications---some are for marine use---you can seal a leaking pipe, for instance. Sure seems like the stuff would work for you.
