Hydraulic Die Forming Discussion Group
Would like to build a die press.

I am a high school art teacher with very few budgetary resources.I other words there is very little money. The welding instructor at my school said that he could build me a press using a hydraulic car jack. I did get a small grant that would cover some of the accessories. Would anyone recommend which accessories I should get for starters , I have close to $250. Also, I don't know what kind of a gauge to get to measure the lbs. of pressure. Any suggestion?
