>Yeah, anything is possible, but not necessarily easy. Wavy forms in metal are particularily difficult, as the upper roller is not the same as the bottom. Instead, they are positive and negative versions. This means that there are two CNC machining programs required, and I doubt that the costs are anywhere reasonable. I had Phil take a look at the concept in his Rhino CAD program, and here is what it could look like if money was no object.
