It weighs about 185 grams! This alloy doesn't have the die-wear problems like that of pt/ir.
Hoover told me that I wouldn't even need to plate it before drawing.....although I am going to ask that they analyze it for any steel. It would be great if it proves not to wear the dies! (or wear them less rapidly)
I drew another one today, this time without annealing, it worked beautifully. I made an ironing die that is still in the oven so tomorrow I'll continue by ironing the 2mm walls to 1mm.
